What a shop! For more than 30 years, Christian Boistelle has been working with chocolate in accordance with traditions and in many different forms. He was awarded at the Michelin (green), Gault and Millau, Pudlowski and elected Champerard to the Kugelhopf brotherhood. The team of bakers makes white and special breads (the lumberjack, multicroc...), but also organic bread. The pastries are beautiful and colourful. The establishment offers a catering service for an evening or even for big events such as weddings, baptisms... Very good value for money!
