Right next to the Récollets cloister and a stone's throw from the Château Rohan, the Staeffele pampers its customers with contemporary, fine and original cuisine in a contemporary decor of light wood, cream walls and black moleskin chairs. Michel Jaeckel, chef of this fine establishment, is always on the lookout for new flavors, seducing diners with a refined, high-flying menu. Between the rascasse braised with scallops and the croustillant of sweetbreads and poultry à la reine, the heart sways. We'll save room for the fabulous desserts.

Cuisine fine et de grande qualité, avec des produits de saison, visiblement frais. Du goût et un souci du détail dans leur accommodation. Le menu est une vraie fête, qui ménage de délicieuses surprises!
