With the big room "Jean" and the winstub "S' Rosestiebel", each with its own particular style, you will combine Alsatian specialities and gastronomy. Whatever the chosen atmosphere, you will always be received with extreme professionalism. Garnished sauerkraut, calf's head in Alsatian style with gribiche and ravigote sauces, duck breast with prunes or poultry ballottine with tomato confit are among the specialities, all accompanied by excellent wines.

Restaurant war recht leer für das Wochenende. Essen war eher durchschnittlich. Rohkostsalat war recht lieblos angemacht und der Kalbskopf war ganz i.o., wenn auch mit viel Schwarte und relativ wenig Fleisch. Service war sehr nett.
