Information and education center for the local population, opened in 2010. It features a small library, a classroom and 3 guest rooms. On the other side of the lagoon is Ecopark, a small, rudimentary amusement park. It's a small, rudimentary leisure park with plaster animal figures, a reconstruction of the local ecosystem, a few children's games, a picnic area, a bird-watching tower and access to the beach.
