ENVIRONMENTAL LEARNING CENTRE & ECOPARK

The Batticaloa Environmental Learning Center & Ecopark is not a hotel but an information and education center for the local population that opened in 2010. There is a small library, a classroom and 3 guest rooms. The latter, which are located on the^first floor of the building, are simple and very clean, but without air conditioning. A quiet and pleasant place next to the lighthouse, for those who wish to escape from the heart of the city for a while.
