Opened in Galle in 2024, following its launch in Colombo in 2016, Baguette embodies Sri Lanka's first French artisan bakery. Nathalie, a passionate Frenchwoman trained at the prestigious Cordon Bleu, who lived in Tokyo for 20 years before settling on the island, chose Galle to continue her adventure. Here, she carefully offers sourdough breads, crisp viennoiseries and traditional pastries, sharing her love of savoir-faire and authenticity through this welcoming address. A real delight!
