Gîte de France offering refined Creole dishes every day.

A gîte de France that we love for its charm and simplicity. Today, almost two hundred years after the governors of the island came to Salazie for a breath of fresh air, we dine in the house of the owners, Yvette and François Boyer, with whom we cheerfully drink. Mr. Boyer, a mason, built everything himself with great attention to detail. Madame, a fine cook, prepares refined Creole dishes every day. It is copious and delicious, even the wines are well chosen. A sure value for a stay in the cirque of Salazie!

Très bel endroit, bien situé pour visiter Hell-Bour à pieds. Avec des hôtes accueillants, prévenants connaissant l Île sur le bout des doigts, passionnés avec des conseils avisés. Table d hôte délicieuse avec découverte de plats typiques et
alcool fait maison????

Top Unterkunft in Salazie, sehr gastfreundlicher Empfang. Familiäre Atmosphäre in den Gasthäusern und im Esszimmer. Vor dem Abendessen gibt es eine kleine Rumverkostung aus der eigenen Herstellung ????
