Lodging located in the heart of the islet of Grand-Place proposing a traditional kitchen to the wood fire.

We particularly appreciate this gîte in the heart of the Grand-Place islet. The new, modern Creole-style bungalows face a beautiful grassy esplanade where the tables are set, with a panoramic view of the cirque. An ideal spot for an aperitif after a good day's hiking. The gîte comprises two areas, one with 15 dormitory beds and a double room, the other with 8 comfortable double rooms. Traditional wood-fired cooking. Well-stocked grocery store.

Il faut mériter pour arriver jusqu’en haut , mais quel bonheur avec cette vue ! Nous avons pris une chambre : vue directe magnifique, espace impeccable, propre , neuf et bonne literie! Très bon accueil et arrangement possible suite à un changement de nombre de personnes au dernier moment ou sur l’heure du petit-déjeuner pour ceux qui souhaitent partir tôt ! Repas délicieux ! Épicerie avec ce qu’il faut. Bref je recommande

Accueil formidable.
Chambre confortable.
Repas succulent (pour le dessert les fruits seraient meilleurs car le gâteau est un peu lourd)
Boissons sur la terrasse agréable.

Chouette gîte! Une bonne ambiance, des gens sympathiques et accueillants! Parfait pour une étape dans Mafate!

En plus il y a une supérette pour se ravitailler en nourriture pour la suite de l’expédition dans Mafate!

Superbe expérience en chambre double au gite le pavillon. Accueil très sympathique par le propriétaire, qui nous a aidé en nous donnant de ses médicaments, avec une bonne cuisine locale (comme dans tous les gites il faut le reconnaitre). La chambre est très propre et très confortable, avec une petite terrasse très sympathique pour prendre une bière avec une vue extraordinaire sur le rempart du Maido. La montée au gite se mérite depuis Grand Place mais l'emplacement est fabuleux.
