Der Empfang war herzlich, es wurde teilweise englisch gesprochen und auch sonst waren alle sehr, sehr nett. Die Aussicht ist einfach malerisch!
Das Hotel befindet sich noch im Umbau..danach ist es sicher 5 Sterne wert!
L'accueil était chaleureux, on parlait parfois anglais et tout le monde était très, très gentil. La vue est tout simplement pittoresque !
L'hôtel est encore en travaux... après, il vaudra certainement 5 étoiles !

Cet hôtel vaut le détour bien placé accueil très agréable tout est parfait je le recommande

L hôtel étant en rénovation c est un peu le chantier notamment dans notre couloir mis à part cela la chambre est propre et calme.
L emplacement est idéal pour toute visite au volcan.
La piscine est belle quant au restaurant étant en demi pension le menu nous est imposé avec juste le choix pour le plat… on reste un peu sur notre faim..

Assez bruyant côté couloir. Très belle vue sur la vallée. ????
