Côté Volcan is a modern, classy B&B, conveniently located near hiking trails, restaurants and the Cité du Volcan. You'll be warmly welcomed by Laurie and Florent, the owners who live upstairs. The house has 5 modern, spacious and bright double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Table d'hôte service is available by reservation only. Relaxing, peaceful, conveniently located and above all with a warm, friendly welcome: what more could you ask for!

Très bon séjour de 2 nuits au gîte Côté Volcan ! Chambres confortables et chauffées, petit-déjeuner simple et copieux, avec des produits frais (pain) et maison (yaourt, confitures). Famille présente sur place très sympathique. À recommander !

Overall it was fine, but not at all special. The location is good for exploring the volcano area. The bed was comfortable. Wifi was a bit flaky, dropping out a few times/hour. The shower was in poor condition, missing the door (lots of water ends up on the floor), and the valve for the rain nozzle was broken (other reviewers have commented on this for a long time). Lots of traffic noise, and a neighbor's dog is barking for most of the night. The 10 euro breakfast is not at all worth it (just bread, jam, tea & fruit).
