Chef Sadji Cheikh, a native of Senegal, brings his expertise to bear and invites you on an authentic culinary voyage with African dishes such as Yassa chicken, beef Mafé and fried tuna balls with thiou sauce. You'll also discover thiéboudiène, the country's national dish, made with rice, vegetables, sweet potatoes, cassava and fish.
