Association preparing under the eyes a copious meal in Sainte-Anne.

The Association for the development and preservation of the heritage of the heights of Sainte-Marguerite is a wonderful initiative, with an educational vocation. It is the fruit of the association of three farmers who share the same desire to pass on their know-how and their passion. During one day, Philippe Morel proposes the visit of his farm and the sharing of his daily life. He prepares before your eyes a copious traditional meal on a wood fire, to be tasted according to the tradition, in banana leaves. Agricultural diversification is lived here as an art.

Deception totale!!! Prix prohibitif!! 25€ par rapport au menu proposé un cari un grain du riz et de l'eau pas de vin proposé. Le côté " typiquement créole" ( manger dans des vannes et feuilles de bananes) ne justifie pas ce tarif!! Sans parler de l'environnement... ( un hangar avec un sol en béton qui s'effrite où les bancs ne sont pas stables et en plein vent...)
Qd on essaie de faire part de notre avis "mitigé " ( pour rester diplomate) au propriétaire , il l'accueille avec arrogance....
Bref... une mauvaise expérience!!
Pour faire passer la pilule on aurait apprécier un ananas en cadeau.. il en possède des champs ...
