Es wurde zugesagt , dass wir unser Geld zeitnah zurückbekommen.
Wir haben mehrfach telefonisch als auch per email an die Bezahlung erinnert und waren sogar persönlich vor Ort und baten um Rückzahlung .
Zuletzt mussten wir mit gerichtlichen Schritten drohen.
Schließlich nach fast 2 Monaten haben wir endlich unser Geld mit einem Abzug von ca. 40 Euro ( warum ein Abzug ?) erhalten.
Nie wieder !
Leider muss man mindestens einen Stern vergeben.
