Coco is a bit like the madame jam of Reunion Island. In her jam workshop located in Saline-les-Bains, she concocts, season after season, in a copper cauldron, artisanal specialities, marmalades, jellies and chutneys with fresh tropical fruits, just picked from small Reunionese producers and natural local ingredients: organic vanilla from Saint-Philippe, cane sugar... Taste and quality are at the rendezvous in these pretty coloured pots. This is an idea for a gourmet souvenir to take home or to offer.
