Le Faam (from faham, a rare orchid from La Réunion), created by two Breton friends, Fauve and Amandine, combines their passion for travel and cuisine. This girly coffee shop, with its cosy interior and shady terrace, is a favourite with brunchers. The menu features colorful dishes made with fresh, seasonal produce, to suit all tastes: avocado toast, coconut eggs (for that special touch), bowls, pancakes, galettes bretonnes, salads, bagels, smoothies, cocktails... Fauve and Amandine, two Breton women, welcome you to this charming restaurant in L'Ermitage-les-Bains. This café, with its feminine atmosphere, offers a cosy setting, with a shady terrace, for a pleasant culinary experience. Here, you'll be invited to discover a cuisine full of flavor, colorful and homemade with fresh, seasonal ingredients. FAAM is best known for its brunch, available from 9 am to 3 pm. Enjoy sweet and savory dishes, including avocado toast, coconut eggs and club sandwiches. Lunch, served from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., is just as tasty. The menu features crispy Breton galettes, mixed salads, bruschettas on toasted artisan bread, and bagels. FAAM is also the place to go for a gourmet break. From 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., it offers a fine selection of sweet delights, with fluffy pancakes, succulent crepes and artisanal ice creams. A good address to share!

Première fois à La Réunion et je voulais absolument le tester. J’ai appris que ce sont deux Bretonnes qui ont créé ce brunch… et je viens justement de Bretagne !

Évidemment, au moment de la commande, plusieurs plats en rupture. Les plats servis, secs et qui nous laissent sur notre faim… très très déçu on ne reviendra plus… c’est certain
