Ben Île is the story of a family restaurant. Ted, the current manager, learned everything from his mother, who was born on Reunion Island. As a result, Creole dishes hold no secrets for him, and the plates are well-stocked. It's a highly recommended stop-off after climbing the Dos d'Âne trails. But remember, you'll need a good nap afterwards. If you're able to sample the chicken curries and sausage rougails on weekdays, try the famous coucous royal on the1st Sunday of each month, another family tribute.

Excellents plats reunionnais
Je suis allée les yeux fermés dans ce restaurant, la patronne fut très accueillante, le punch planteur délicieux, le rougail saucisses avec haricots rouges, riz et piment est très bien cuisiné et pour terminer la tarte coco avec une boule de glace. Merci pour le petit verre de rhum arrangé. Adresse à recommander.

Comme tout le monde c'est en descendant de la Fournaise que l'on s'arrête dans ce resto sympa bel accueil souriant efficace dans le service les assiettes sont excellentes et copieuses bières locales et surprise à la fin du repas .bon souvenir allez les yeux fermés
