Bistrot Buron has found an identity that's out of the ordinary: marrying Auvergne's terroir with flavors from elsewhere. On the plate, cheese reigns supreme, but is reinvented in creative recipes with Asian influences. The original platters mix egg rolls, samosas, French fries and cheese!
