Facing the sea, Ti Boucan is the first in a long line of beachfront restaurants with a terrace. Bistronomic cuisine with diverse influences, fine dishes and fresh produce: Japanese-style tuna tartare or knife-cut beef, organic burrata with homemade focaccia, honey-roasted feta, pomegranate and shrimp ravioli, homemade foie gras, etc... Le menu est top, plutôt bistronomique, avec des plats "classiques" mais cuisinés de manière originale (tartare de boeuf au pesto rouge excellent, tartare de thon excellent également !).
La viande est de qualité, le fait que les frites et la mayonnaise soient maison ajoute également en qualité ????
Les desserts sont exceptionnels, la mousse au chocolat et la crème brûlée sont à ne pas manquer ????

Le service est également remarquable, rapide, et les différents serveurs et serveuses qui se sont occupés de nous étaient très agréables.
En bref, une excellente adresse dans un cadre super chouette ☀️
PS : ça fait plaisir de voir des restaurants qui ne misent pas tout sur un cadre exceptionnel, mais qui soignent aussi la cuisine et le service malgré une localisation déjà attractive.
