Pratik Appart carries his name: functional studios in a residence, partly occupied by students, in a quiet place near South boulevard. We do not stay there for the frame… the neighborhood consists of buildings with no charm. But the practical side is everything: Each studio has a bathroom, a double or twin bed, a kitchenette, cupboards, DVB TV and cable internet. The decoration is all or nothing: The standard rooms are devoid of any decoration, almost monacales, while the superior rooms are frankly elegant and modern: a real plan! More spacious, they have comfortable bedding, American cuisine, and are hardly more expensive but more recommended! The residence, which is accessible by magnetic key, is clean, well maintained, secure and equipped with a large parking lot. Residents also benefit from office services, beverage distributors and a laundry machine. Good value for money.
Positive side:

- Good location provided you have a car
- Underground parking with many places
- Friendly and helpful staff
Negative side:
- Level reservation, you should better call (not before noon and 16:00) by email because they do not always answer (apparently they could not check their email address)
- Very dirty studio, on our arrival we had to buy domestic products for all to clean
- The renovations made in 2013 (already) aged mall
- Box, Internet HS was connected to the box of the neighbours
- Pas de taken in the bathroom
- Isolated, you can hear the very well neighbour of the top promenade
- Be careful if you leave the weekend, the reception is closed on weekends, it did not have an inventory of fixtures out and nobody could make our make us. We had to go through again Monday to recover our deposit
In short, good plan for a (very) short stay, but very below the description of the studios and photos available.
