A complete culinary experience is provided by a young and talented team who use local ingredients to invent exquisite dishes with unique flavours that can match their beautiful wine list. Through a culinary experience called River food, guests blend into the local environment and become familiar with the specificities of local cuisine and the history of the valley, and then create their own menu in collaboration with the chefs.
