One of only two 4-star hotels in Koper. Yet, resembling a low-cost ocean liner, the exterior is uninviting and reminiscent of some motels. You expect a pleasant surprise inside, but in fact you wonder how the hotel got its 4 stars. When you open the door to your room, you'll feel as if time has stood still in the mid-1980s: navy-blue carpeting, old-fashioned furniture, cubic television sets, improbable bed linen... Close to the sea and not too expensive, of course!
