The Ščuka family has been perpetuating the tradition of smoked dry-cured ham typical of the Karst region since 1816! An unforgettable gourmet experience awaits you in the shade of a three-hundred-year-old mulberry tree. During the guided tour, you'll discover how prosciutto is matured according to the old traditional method, ending with a tasting session and the chance to buy the products. Several packages are available for around 1h30 of immersion, accompanied of course by a glass of wine from the region's grape varieties(teran, malvazija).
