The Nadiža River originates at the foot of the Stol ridge at the foot of the Matajur. It then heads south to cross the Italian border and flows into the Torre River. It creates pebble beaches, chasms and ponds on this tortuous path. It is one of the most temperate rivers in the Alps, and as a result is home to different kinds of marbled, rainbow and grayling trout and even a ten-legged European crab! Its turquoise waters are a paradise for fishing and bathing because this water has therapeutic virtues.

A magnificent river with blue turquoise waters!
The water is hot, which is rare for a mountain water!
There are natural pools in which you can bathe.
Parking along the river are paying but the price is not excessive and it should be thought he is good for the protection of the environment ^ ^
