A house that used to manufacture cauldrons for the cooking of polenta and which has an original zinc. Kotlar is known to have one of the best fish maps in Slovenia. And that is true! Lobster pastes or langoustines are a delight and the štruklji štruklji (štruklji to the hazelnut paste) are the best in the valley. Therefore, it is better to understand why many Italians and Austrians have an appointment there. It also offers 6 rooms in an adjoining dependency with swimming pool and sauna. There is a high quality service at the restaurant. There is always a lot of people in Kotlar. The establishment remains a safe value in the Soča valley.
