An address whose authenticity has made it a success, as the long queue outside the entrance will testify. Reservations are not possible, so be patient! The small, modest dining room echoes the concept: raw, local produce, presented without fuss, a tribute to the Alpine cuisine of yesteryear. The menu is XS, a testament to its freshness, with signature dishes such as Franco's English Roastbeef or frika, the traditional shepherd's dish with potatoes and Tolmin cheese.
