This shop sells salt harvested in the Secovlje Regional Park. The condiment is produced after several phases of evaporation and crystallization. It has a protected designation of origin (PDO) label and comes in various forms, from the most conventional - coarse salt, fleur de sel - to the most original such as bath salt, chocolate with fleur de sel, etc. There are also books on the history of salt in Slovenia and recipe ideas. There are several sales outlets throughout the country.
