The brewery of one of the two national beers - the Union - is located right in the city, right across from Tivoli Park. If the factory has been here for over 150 years, a museum retracing the history of the famous sign opened at the end of 2014, along with the pub-type restaurant at industrial keys. We are walking around in the midst of recovery scenes: old machines, typical gostlina (tavern) and collection of centenary bottles… The guided tour is very insecure and is coupled to a visit to the factory itself, before going to the bar for a small tasting session. The restaurant is also the paradise of carnivores… and beer drinkers!

Une visite fort intéressante qui s'attache à montrer l'évolution de la production de la bière en Slovénie du début à aujourd'hui. Un musée très bien agencé, des explications claires par de charmantes hotesses. On commence par visiter l'ancienne usine avant de se tourner vers les procédés actuels de fabrication. Dommage que nous ayons visiter la fabrique un samedi car les chaines de production étaient arrêtées. En plus, on nous sert de la bière entre les différentes parties de la visite. Sans oublier un dernier verre à déguster au bar de la brasserie et quelques goodies souvenir. Je vous recommande cette visite par journée pluvieuse ou s'il vous reste du temps dans la capitale slovène. Mais j'ai trouvé la visite intéressante.
