Not to be missed under any circumstances! This is an excellent address for a typical Slovenian lunch break. In this kind of "fast-good-food", ideally located, you will taste the famous Carniole sausage accompanied by mustard and horseradish, but also a famous ricet - a tasty vegetable and barley soup - delicious to warm up and regain strength in cool weather. All raw products are of high quality and the staff will explain with passion all the advantages of his famous sausage: an institution!

Un excellent rapport qualité/prix
Un tout petit local mais de la très bonne saucisse! Si vous avez envie de découvrir cette fameuse saucisse de Kranz, n'hésitez pas à vous y rendre. Juste quelques places assises pour les chanceux qui y pourront déguster des soupes pour un prix défiant toute concurrence. Il est possible aussi d'emporter sa saucisse dans du pain fait sur place. Un incontournable de Ljubljana!

Nous avons traversé la Plaza de la Revolución Francesa et la rue Vega pour nous rendre à KLOBASARNA, où nous avons dégusté la saucisse slovène typique, la Kranjska Klobasa, avec sauce radis et moutarde plus bière pour 5 €. Nous avons tellement aimé que nous avons commandé une autre saucisse.
