In a fluorescent atmosphere (why not?), Summer is a lively bar and club, especially after midnight, serving relatively good cocktails to the sound of guest DJs. It's essentially electro music that resonates here, attracting its fair share of after-dinner revelers. The place is especially popular with Western and Asian tourists. It's a good idea to be a little careful with your drinks and belongings, as you would in any club. Finally, it's worth noting that on weekend nights, admission is not free.

To accompany these beers and cocktails, a number of Filipino dishes are available. It's often a big hit, with people crowding together. The atmosphere is guaranteed almost daily, and it's an ideal place to meet other travellers and locals, especially in the evenings, when there are concerts and DJ sets.
