Bruno, a Frenchman who lives in Palawan for very long years (he was in the south once, then in El Nido, one wonders whether he will not end up in the sea or to Apo soon!), is undoubtedly one of the best cuisines in Coron. Two rooms, one for excellent pizzas, sandwiches, etc., the other to the atmosphere more "restaurant" (with billiard). The map is very varied, including tasty French cuisine, kinilaw of the great days, smoked salmon or Hungarian and Italian sausages… The steaks are delicious. The bar, on the back, is provided. Pastis (90 P), and it's gone! Bruno also has tips on the city and surrounding areas.
