A very good value for money for small budgets. Some rooms on the 2nd floor still have fenêtres windows (a shell used in Vigan for example)! The staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the bay from the common space. Small kitchen available. Very Popular with Filipinos: little chance to cross another foreign tourist!
