Before opening a store in Thiers, Emmanuel Bonnabaud's sweets and confectionery were already present in Billom! The master craftsman has been operating in the Puy-de-Dôme region for 35 years, delighting young and old alike. At Fanfan's - his wife Françoise's nickname - the choice is vast: pastries, entremets, chocolates, ice creams, confectionery and more. Everything is homemade, including the lollipops and marshmallows for which the establishment is famous. For special events, pièces montées, cake designs, aperitifs and buffets can be created.
