Dégustation autour de la truffe d'été. Un menu parfait de l'entrée au dessert. Le Chef a su nous régaler comme à chaque fois d'abord avec les yeux ensuite avec la fraîcheur des produits. L'omble chevalier de nos rivières d'Auvergne. Une très bonne adresse à Besse.

Nous avons été très mal accueillis, nous devions pas plaire à cette personne, car elle nous a pris pour des personnes quelconques. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Très sympa et nous avons dégusté de très bon plats et surtout à recommander la glace à la Truffe.
