This first set presents the remains of a 17th century fort, where the mother of Prince Tsogt had lived, an intellectual whose opposition to Chinese domination belongs to the history of Mongolia. In 1621, he wrote a famous poem, which was engraved on the surface of a rock in 1624, and which has been preserved to this day. To the northwest of the ruins, you can find an ancient watchtower. From its base you can see the whole area at a glance, which explains why this place was chosen to erect it.
