The charm of this true tower of Babel of 288 rooms whose hour of glory is over lies in its vast, lively lobby, where the hotel staff (not always Anglophone) is of extreme kindness. There is a currency exchange service and three car rental agencies, a restaurant and a café. The rooms are of a beautiful volume, unfortunately the furniture (no television) is literally beating the wing and the condition of some bathrooms leaves to be desired. Room service.
