The GAEC of the Chazelles Crosses is one of the farmer producers of the d PDO of Ambert. Their history of cheese began towards the end of the th century with their great-grandfather, then their grandfather and finally their father. During this period, it was an artisanal factory with raw milk and then au milk in the years 70/80. After a close of ten years of the small dairy, the cadet of the farm (Dominica) wanted to launch a factory of farmers cheese. Christophe, Bertrand and Dominique are now working on the operation.
