HOTEL BELA MAR

The Bela Mar hotel is a nice little pousada run by a couple who lived on the island long before electricity arrived. The rooms are simple, but correct and very well kept. They are arranged around the green garden and have a small terrace with hammock, very relaxing. The walls match the beautiful colour of the bougainvillea. Hammocks undulate nonchalantly under the trellis, in a soothing setting. The location is a plus, close to the pier, by the sea and not far from the shops.
