The Rio Triste is an arm of the river located 17 kilometers from Vila Bomjardim, offering an extraordinary experience of "immersion" in the aquatic environment. This is the opportunity for a superb 1 km snorkeling trip, during which you'll come across all kinds of fish swimming peacefully in the river's natural pools. You may even spot freshwater Potamotrygon rays. The water is crystal clear. You mustn't stamp your feet to avoid moving the particles deposited on the river bed.
