This hospital was opened in 2011 and offers a multitude of services. Of course, there are emergency services, but they deal with all types of problems. As a major structure of the "triple border", i.e. the three countries bordering Brazil-Argentina-Paraguay, doctors and all medical teams are used to working with foreigners. Apparently, coverage is automatic, even if one cannot prove medical coverage in one's home country.
