Taxis are plentiful in Foz (nearly 400). They usually use a taximeter. As in all Brazilian cities, it is advisable to pick them up at the head of the station or have them call the hotel or restaurant.

From R$ 45 to R$ 50 from the airport to the center, from the center to the Itaipu Dam or Cataract National Park on the Brazilian side, count R$ 50, from the center of Foz to the falls on the Argentine side, count 200 reais. Finally, from the airport to the falls on the Brazilian side, for those staying near the falls, count R$15.
