This traditional bar in the center of Fortaleza has earned itself a solid reputation in the city, and is described as the most Carioca bar in the Cearense capital. Its corner location and red-and-yellow color scheme are reminiscent of the traditional botecos of Rio de Janeiro. The atmosphere is at once Nordestine and carioca, festive and convivial. On weekends, the beer flows freely and the faithful come to listen to excellent samba or bossa bands. You'll have to get there a little early, as sidewalk seats are expensive!
