Solar da Bela Vista is currently a cultural center under the auspices of Sesc. Built by the merchant Colonel Aureliano de Medeiros, who designed this residence surrounded by gardens. He brought in ironwork from Germany and crystal, carpets and porcelain from France, as well as numerous decorative objects from across the Atlantic to show off the owner's wealth. Years later, the building housed the Court of Justice. In the 1930s, it became the Hotel Bela Vista, one of Natal's most refined mansions at the time.
