CASA DOS FRIOS

Since 1957, this establishment has built a reputation for excellence in pastry making. Casa dos Frios is a delicatessen renowned for its bolo de rolo, a typical Pernambuco pastry. This traditional dish is prepared with a very thin cake dough covered with a good soft guava paste, like a jam. From this base, a roll is made that will be the size of a mouth. In recent years, other flavors of filling are also used: passion fruit, doce de leite, chocolate ... not to be missed.
