It's no longer clear whether this barraca gave its name to the eponymous beach or vice versa. What is certain, however, is that the reputation of the "Parracho" has spread throughout the country. During the day, the barraca is a bar and restaurant with a family atmosphere. Beach-goers enjoy a variety of activities on the sand or relax in the always calm and pleasant waves.
