This castle overlooking the town of Arlanc allows a discovery around the engraving, the architecture, the history of France.
Listed as a historical monument, the castle overlooks the town of Arlanc. This Italian style building was built in the 18th century on the foundations of a fort dating from 1300. Philippe Hugot has decided to exhibit part of his print collection and to link to the visit a whole discovery around engraving, architecture, French history and gardens. The Perspectives gallery, unique in France, offers a collection of optical views visible with a zograscope, a strange device. The gardens are also open to the curious.

Très joli Château, accueil chaleureux, le guide aime ce qu'il fait et ça se ressent lors de la visite, c'est très agréable, on ressent l'envie de nous faire découvrir les choses et on participe entièrement à la visite, on découvre de belles peintures, de jolies estampes, à la fin de la visite : petit salon pour boire un verre et prendre un petit goûter, très bien du début à la fin, j'ai vraiment aimé... Encore merci au châtelain.
