The chef Luisa Mendoçà ("Lu" to her friends) created her concept "Conflor" by combining her two passions: cooking and botany. If you want a special cake, with flowers, then Conflor is worth a visit. It is the reign of veganism. Here, the cakes are made without milk, eggs or casein and are all decorated with natural flowers. Most of the cakes are made to order, with the utmost care.
