L'adega Pérola is a botequim with a strong identity, of course! It was bought by local enthusiasts who couldn't bear the idea of seeing it sold to Grand Capital to become a bar for a soulless chain. No pasaran! A zinc bar, waiters in white shirts. L'adega Pérola has remained a place of conviviality, where discussions between people who didn't know each other before spontaneously take place around large tables. Small dishes are served in a bohemian atmosphere, very Copa "pé sujo", the nickname of the "real" botequins.
