In this pleasant neighborhood of Humaita, near the pacified favela of Santa Marta, you can go to the Cobal. Just as the Scenarium becomes a nightclub at night after being an antique store during the day, the Cobal transforms itself at the end of the day. A fruit and vegetable market place during the day, this place becomes an extremely lively place at night. Agglomeration of small bars and restaurants next to each other, the Cobal is very frequented by the Cariocas and some tourists who look for authenticity.
