Since 1884, Cas Sucrer has been treating Es Mercadal to home-made pastries (ensaimadas, pastissets and carquiñols, the famous almond biscuits) and now also offers typical products from the island for sale. A few tables will allow you to taste some of the products on the spot, such as cakes, homemade ice creams or the excellent coffee. A real Menorcan institution where you can stop for a snack or for breakfast (the pastry shop opens at 7.30 am).

De très bonnes pâtisseries mais pas que...
Si vous passez à Es Mercadal, il faut rentrer dans cette pâtisserie qui présentent de bons gâteaux secs ou humides, mais aussi de très bons sandwiches pour un prix plus que raisonnable. Des tables intérieures ou extérieures permettent de consommer sur place.
