After almost two centuries without winegrowing on Menorca, Crispin Mariano Vadell has been making wine again since 1987, at the heart of the island's oldest bodega . In addition to growing native vines, he produces excellent Cabernet Sauvignon with a fragrance reminiscent of Menorcan flora. Crispin is also a connoisseur of the island's history, and will be delighted to share a few stories, big and small, with passing travellers. An authentic place, off the beaten track.

Une belle découverte
Nous avons trouvé un viticulteur très accueillant et chaleureux qui a su prendre de son temps pour nous faire partager son amour du vin et de son île. De plus, il fait l'effort de s'exprimer en français. Nous recommandons vivement une visite de son domaine.
